Terms of Use

  • Mortiste reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason, as well as terminating client relationships. A reason will be provided if it comes to that.

  • Client will be allotted 3 edits during the sketch stage and 3 up to flat color afterwards. Additional edits post-rendering are up to Mortiste's discretion depending on complexity of the task. Partial refunds may be issued if no compromise can be met.

  • If planning to trade or resell Mortiste's original designs, it would be appreciated to notify Mortiste beforehand of the new owner. Not required.

  • Do not sell Mortiste's designs for more than originally purchased, unless changes have been made or additional art added to incur a higher fee.

  • Designs can be used for commercial use, however credit to Mortiste required to be easily accessible.
